Dr. Charles St. John
Dr. St. John graduated Fairleigh Dickenson Dental School in 1976. At that time he received the award for the graduate who showed the greatest interest, knowledge and proficiency in general dentistry. He was then chosen to enter the General Practice residency at Berkshire Medical center. After completing his residency program, Dr. St. John started a general dentistry practice in Dalton, Massachusetts. He has been practicing at this location for over 30 years.
After Dr. St. John started his practice he continued to teach at the residency program, eventually becoming the chairman of the department. He is also active with the Berkshire District Dental Society serving on the ethics committee, education committee, and as chairman of the Society.
Dr. St. John’s practice career has been long and varied. His experience has given him a depth of knowledge and his continued quest to stay abreast of the latest techniques and materials has allowed him to offer state of the art techniques. His greatest source of pride has been word of mouth referrals from satisfied patients. It is a pleasure for him to know that he has served families for many years seeing parents, grandparents and children.
Dr. St. John is the father of three children and the grandfather of three grandchildren. His personal interests include sailing, fishing, hiking, skiing and biking. He has found the Berkshires a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Dr. St. John considers it his honor to serve the dental needs of his neighbors, friends, and families.
